If you don't know what "Great to be 8!" is, it's a small program for all the primary kids that will be turning 8 years old the next calendar year. Anna, as the Primary President, puts together a very cool program. They hear a small talk about the importance of baptism, they go to the font and get a "tour", they tell them about wearing white, they talk about proper priesthood authority, etc. Each child also gets a "goody bag". In it are stickers with church things on them, a small journal to write in, a framed picture of Jesus, I think there's a pencil in there too, I don't recall everything, but they all have a purpose. Duncan is also very much looking forward to becoming a cub scout when he turns 8. Fun Stuff.
